To get the absolute most out of your time at Just Breathe, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable, easy-to-change clothing for your visit.

If your wellness circuit includes Red Light Therapy, we recommend exposing as much skin as you are comfortable within the private, dedicated room so your cells can fully absorb the wavelengths. For our private Infrared Sauna suites, most guests prefer a swimsuit or use our fresh, complimentary towels. During Salt Therapy (Halotherapy), relaxed loungewear is perfect; because we use micro-particles of pure medical-grade dry salt, you may notice a very fine, harmless dust on darker clothes or a subtle taste of salt on your lips after your session—this is completely normal and easily brushes off!

Preparation Tip: Hydrate well with water before you arrive, skip heavy meals, and please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, secure your personal belongings in our private lockers, and fully ease into our restorative environment.

For the best cellular rejuvenation, skin clarity, and muscle recovery, we suggest 3 to 7 sessions per week to start. It pairs beautifully with our other therapies! For the ultimate wellness routine, we recommend scheduling your Red Light session immediately before your Salt Therapy or Infrared Sauna session to maximize skin prep and cellular energy.
